The Nashville Home Guys’, Sam Miller, climbed to #4 on the multi-billion dollar grossing Benchmark Realty Sales list for Branch sales. Working out of Benchmark’s Midtown office Sam rolled by 236 agents in the second largest Benchmark sales branch. We decided to check in with Sam on this achievement, how he did it, his outlook for 2024 and the importance of creating housing opportunities.
