Erin Myers’ interest in real estate began at the of age 23 when she decided to buy a house on her own with saved bartending tips. After taking a new home buyers’ class and working with an amazing Realtor, she was so empowered by the process and knew that she wanted to someday work in the Real Estate Industry. Two home purchases later, and after a decade of sales experience in the Commercial Insurance and Prosthetic Device industries, she decided to make a change.
“Five-years ago, I moved to Nashville from Richmond, Virginia, and have spent all that time traveling for work to other parts of the South. I was tired of not having a real opportunity to become part of this great community. I decided it was time to make a change and pursue my long-term goal of working in Real Estate. And I am just thrilled to be able to do what I love in my own backyard!”
Erin has always maintained the trust of her clients through her hard work, integrity, and her ‘do the right thing’ mantra. She also believes that everyone should enjoy the process. “Buying a house can be stressful, but it is completely OKAY and necessary to share some fun and laughs.” It is this work ethic that makes her an ideal fit for the Nashville Home Guys and Crye-Leike Realtors.
Erin earned her BA in Art & Architectural History from Virginia Commonwealth University. She is extremely proud of her work at the Library of Virginia where she helped archive a collection of architectural renderings of one of the first women architects in Virginia. As a self-proclaimed history nerd, she enjoys learning the history of a community through its buildings and homes. She is an active member of Holy Name Catholic Church in East Nashville. When she is not running around Nashville showing houses, you can find her rearranging her antique furniture in her Shelby Hills bungalow, discovering new restaurants, and planning her next international travel adventure.
